At Prolintex, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the return conditions outlined below.

Note: Only items marked with the tag “Enjoy hassle-free returns with this offer” are eligible for return. Items not labeled as such cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

General Guidelines

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and tags).

  • The product is only considered officially returned once you receive confirmation from us that it has been accepted.

Prolintex Lint Removers & Grooming Gloves

To ensure hygiene and product integrity, Prolintex lint removal gloves and similar items are only eligible for return if they meet all of the following:

  • The product must be in brand-new, unused condition.

  • It must be returned with no signs of wear, lint, fur, or use.

  • Original packaging must be intact and undamaged.

Used products or items that appear handled will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.

Electronics & Accessories

  • Must be returned sealed and unopened.

  • If used, opened, or unsealed — refunds are not permitted unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect.

  • In case of a defect, all original packaging, accessories, and instruction manuals must be included.

  • Prolintex reserves the right to determine whether the product will be repaired, returned, or refunded.

Beauty & Health Products

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care items are not eligible for return.

Refund Timeline

  • Depending on your location, it may take up to 14 business days for the return to reach us.

  • Once received, please allow 2 business days for return processing.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

    • If you paid via cash, a refund will be issued to your Prolintex wallet or via bank transfer.

Refunds are issued based on the condition of the returned item.
